My background spans nonprofit leadership, fundraising strategy, and operational excellence. As a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with a foundation in Six Sigma process improvement, I bring a blend of mission-driven strategy and disciplined systems thinking to every engagement - but I lead as a human first, always grounding the work in empathy, relationships, and real-world impact.
I’ve served in executive and director-level roles, leading development efforts, building scalable programs, and guiding organizations through growth, transition, and increased impact. From major gifts and capital campaigns to organizational structure and compliance, I’ve worked across the full lifecycle of nonprofit development.
Beyond my client work, I serve on the board of the Kashogi Children’s Foundation, staying closely connected to the heart of mission-driven work. At home, I’m a Navy wife and mom of three girls - an experience that continually shapes how I think about legacy, community, and the kind of impact that truly matters.
